About me

As a professional dancer movement has always been my first language. With over a decade of teaching experience, I’ve developed a passion for helping people of all ages connect to their bodies, build confidence, and move with purpose. My holistic approach creates a supportive space where you feel empowered to grow in every aspect of your journey. I’m constantly exploring new ways to move—through strength, cardio, mobility, and endurance—because I believe variety and adaptability are essential for lasting health, resilience, and a strong, functional life.

  • "Although I had been a member of the gym for many years - I didn’t use it - I stuck to the safety of the pool. I have advanced arthritis and a mixture of pain and fear meant the gym was a scary place. I booked a 3 month block of lessons with Maria to try and work on my strength and mobility.
