With over a decade of teaching experience, I’ve developed a passion for helping people of all ages connect to their bodies, build confidence, and move with purpose. My holistic approach creates a supportive space where you feel empowered to grow in every aspect of your journey. I’m constantly exploring new ways to move—through strength, cardio, mobility, and endurance—because I believe variety and adaptability are essential for lasting health, resilience, and a strong, functional life.
